    Primoends is a Luxury Home Furnishings Outlet & Marketplace allowing sellers the opportunity to unload surplus home goods. 

    We help the interior design community turn leftover goods into profit. Our platform connects sellers to millions of buyers. Homeowners get the opportunity to purchase premium brands at great prices. 

    Whether you have extra rolls of Wallpaper, Home Decor Accessories, Pillows, Furniture or Fabrics laying around; Primoends is the place to showcase your items.

  • How can I sell on Primoends?
    You can sell on our platform by creating a vendor account.
    Please note that the vendor account is not the same as your Primoends.com customer account.
    In order to sell on Primoends.com you must create a separate vendor account.
  • Creating an Account
    1.Click on the Seller Portal
    Seller Portal2.Follow steps to open an account.
    3.Add information about your business 
    4.Begin to add product
    5.Publish
  • Customizing your Seller Profile and add product
    • Log in and click on the menu button. (Upper right)
    • Click on configuration 
    • Click on profile and my account to add info. 
    • Click save

    To add product
    • Click on configuration 
    • Click product listing
    • Add product
    • Click save.
    You can always go back and modify.
  • Policy


    ALL TRANSACTIONS ARE MADE FROM SELLER TO BUYER. PRIMOENDS LLC PROVIDES AN ONLINE MARKETPLACE PORTAL AND WILL MONITOR THE PLATFORM. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE NEW OR NEAR-MINT CONDITION. ALL PRODUCTS WILL BE REVIEWED AND APPROVED BEFORE POSTING. SELLERS WILL RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR EACH ITEM SOLD. 

    Payments are transferred from buyer to seller/Primoends LLC through many different forms all built within the Primoends Platform. The payment process typically takes 5-7 days to post.
    18% of the sale will go towards the following fees.

    Primoends recommends selecting a comfortable selling price, preferably below WHOLESALE. The seller is responsible for shipping and MUST list item with FREE SHIPPING. 

    How to add product-
    Add Product via Iphone or computer

    Please review seller conditions and be sure to update your virtual store periodically.
    • You are responsible for the quality of your item and its listing, including accurate product information, photos, and condition
      • You agree to accurately describe each item to the best of your ability. Primoends reserves the right to revise your listing for grammatical errors, photo editing, and other small corrections.
    • You must keep inventory levels current (deactivate items no longer available and adjust quantities regularly)
    • Ship in 1-5 business days
    • Mark shop in vacation mode when away for extended periods (Change in profile)
    • Respond to questions in a timely manner.
    • You must ensure that the condition and quality of your item are suitable for resale
    • Products can be listed as PICK-UP ONLY or FREE SHIPPING. (SHIPPING IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
    • Build in the shipping cost in the selling price. Example: Sell a pillow for $50. Shipping guesstimate $20. Sell at $70 
    • Some Primoends membership owners receive a discount of 20% and other promotions may be used. These discounts will help sell your products but will also lower the overall selling cost. 
      • Please ensure that your item is clean and odor-free, with the exception of any condition you have clearly disclosed in writing or per photographs in the listing description.
    • Primoends reserves the right to inspect or reject any item as unsuitable for sale at any time.
    • You covenant, represent, and warrant that you have all rights, authority, and clearances necessary for Primoends to sell the item on your behalf, and perform your rights and obligations under our terms and conditions.  
    • You are solely responsible for shipping and handling all related inquiries and disputes.
    • You as a seller are to offer your own policy on each item listed by saying, final sale, returns accepted, no returns, refunds accepted, no refunds or replacements are available or are not available
    • You as a seller are aware of and abide by our https://primoends.com/policies/terms-of-service   https://primoends.com/pages/claims-returns-shipping
    Primoends will terminate your seller account if you do not comply with the Primoends LLC policy agreement and/or commissions will be held until rectified.



     



  • Add Product
    To list your outlet items on Primoends, first you must login to your seller dashboard.
    When you reach the dashboard, hover over the "Products" button and select "Product Listing". Click on +Add Product. 

    Every item submitted by a vendor will be manually reviewed by our staff. We may reject your submission if it does not follow our submission guidelines.

    Your item must
    • Be given an appropriate item name
    • Be listed under the proper product type
    • Be listed under the proper collection type
    • Have at least one clear image of the item
      • For the best results, we recommend submitting a picture of the item with a white background
      • Primoends.com also recommends using the https://www.pixelcut.ai/ app to remove the background from your images.
    • Be given an appropriate description and details about the product. 
    • You “the seller” is responsible for the shipping and cost to ship. Incorporate the shipping cost into the overall asking price.

    Primoends.com reserves the right to deny your item submission with or without reason. If a reason is provided, you will be told what you can do to resubmit your item for approval.



    Now you should be on the "Products" page. Click the "Add Product" button on the right.
